The Code is a Finnish documentary (subs included) about Linux from 2001, featuring some of the most influential people of the free software movement. Open sourced Linux is certainly one of most important contributions ever made in modern computing, and much of the internet runs on it. Interviews with Linus Torvalds, Richard Stallman, Alan Cox and many other grey wizards.
